Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage.
  2. Placement: Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.

Operating Instructions

  1. Load Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Ensure items are fully submerged in the cleaning solution but do not touch the bottom of the tank directly. Avoid overcrowding the basket.
  2. Set Temperature (Optional): Press the "TEMP+" or "TEMP-" buttons to adjust the desired cleaning temperature. The temperature can be set from room temperature up to 176°F (80°C). Press the "Heating ON/OFF" button to start or stop the heating function.
  3. Set Cleaning Time: Press the "TIME+" or "TIME-" buttons to set the desired cleaning duration. The timer can be set from 0 to 30 minutes.
  4. Start Cleaning: Press the "Ultrasonic ON/OFF" button to begin the ultrasonic cleaning process. The unit will start generating ultrasonic waves.
  5. Monitor Progress: The digital display will show the remaining cleaning time and the actual temperature.
  6. End of Cycle: Once the set time expires, the ultrasonic function will automatically stop. You can manually stop the process at any time by pressing the "Ultrasonic ON/OFF" button again.
  7. Remove Items: Carefully remove the cleaning basket from the tank. Rinse the cleaned items with clean water and dry them thoroughly.

Maintenance

  • Draining the Tank: After each use, especially if using specialized cleaning solutions, drain the tank. Use the drain valve if available, or carefully pour out the liquid.
