Assembly Instructions
Assembly of the VINGLI Criss Cross Chair is designed to be straightforward. Please ensure all components are present before beginning.

Step-by-Step Assembly:
- Attach Casters to Star Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click securely into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base.
- Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism plate faces the front of the seat.
- Attach Armrests to Seat and Backrest: Connect the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion and then to the backrest. Use the appropriate bolts and tighten them securely. Do not overtighten initially to allow for minor adjustments.
- Connect Seat Assembly to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits snugly into the mechanism plate.
- Final Tightening: Once all components are in place and aligned, fully tighten all bolts.

Operating Instructions
The VINGLI Criss Cross Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort.
1. Height Adjustment:
To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up slightly and pull the lever up. Release the lever at your desired height.
2. Tilting/Rocking Function:
The chair features a 90°-120° rocking function. To enable rocking, pull the lever on the left side, beneath the seat, outwards. To lock the chair in an upright position, push the lever inwards. The tilt tension knob, located at the front of the mechanism plate, can be rotated to adjust the resistance of the rocking motion.

3. Flip-Up Armrests:
The armrests can be flipped up to allow the chair to slide further under a desk or for more space. To raise an armrest, simply lift it upwards until it locks into the vertical position. To lower it, gently pull it down.
4. 360° Swivel and Casters:
The chair is equipped with a 360° swivel mechanism and flexible casters, allowing for easy rotation and movement across your workspace without needing to stand up.
