Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required. It is recommended to have a clear, flat workspace. Sorting screws by size before starting can simplify the process.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of the star base until they click securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the appropriate screws and the provided Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure they are oriented correctly.
5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the seat cushion and armrests. Secure it using the remaining screws.
6. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.
7. Final Check: Verify all connections are tight and the chair is stable before use.

Operating Instructions

Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. Release the lever at the desired height to lock it in place.

Adjustable Armrests

The armrests can be adjusted in height and can also be flipped up 90 degrees. To adjust the height, press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down. To flip the armrests up, simply rotate them upwards until they lock into a vertical position. This allows the chair to be stored under a desk, saving space.

Tilt Function and Tension Control

The chair features a tilt function allowing the backrest to recline between 90 and 120 degrees. To activate the tilt, pull the lever on the left side of the chair outwards. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The tilt tension knob, located under the seat, can be rotated to adjust the resistance of the reclining motion. Turn clockwise to increase tension (firmer tilt) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (easier tilt).

360° Swivel and Mobility

The chair is equipped with a 360-degree swivel function and smooth-rolling casters, allowing for effortless movement and rotation across various floor surfaces without noise or resistance.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: For general cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the Chenille fabric. Spot clean spills immediately.
• Fabric Care: The starry Chenille fabric is skin-friendly. To maintain its appearance, vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris.
• Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and safety.
• Caster Care: Keep casters free of hair and debris to ensure smooth rolling. If casters become stiff, clean them and apply a silicone-based lubricant if necessary.
