Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Scalding may occur if the water tank lid is removed during the brewing cycles.

Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the water tank, milk frother, portafilter, and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Position: Place the machine on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface near a power outlet.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the 1.5L water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Reinsert the tank securely.
- Initial Rinse: Before first use, perform an initial rinse cycle without coffee.
- Plug in the machine and press the power button.
- Place a cup under the coffee spout.
- Press the Espresso button to run a cycle of hot water through the system. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
- If using the milk frother, fill it with water and run a steam cycle to clean the wand.

Operating Instructions
Brewing Espresso
- Prepare Portafilter: Insert the desired filter basket (single or double shot) into the portafilter. Fill with fresh, finely ground espresso coffee.
- Tamp Coffee: Use the tamper to firmly press the coffee grounds. Ensure the surface is level.
- Attach Portafilter: Insert the portafilter into the brew head and turn it to the right until it is securely locked.
- Place Cup(s): Place one or two espresso cups on the drip tray directly under the portafilter spouts.
- Select Brew: On the LED touch screen, select either the "Espresso" (single shot) or "2x Espresso" (double shot) icon. The machine will begin brewing.
- Enjoy: Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the cups.

Automatic Milk Frothing
- Fill Milk Frother: Fill the detachable milk frother reservoir with your desired milk (dairy or non-dairy) up to the MAX line.
- Attach Milk Frother: Securely attach the milk frother to the machine.
- Select Drink: After brewing your espresso, place your cup under the milk frother spout. Select "Cappuccino" or "Latte" on the touch screen. The machine will automatically froth and dispense milk into your cup.
- Adjust Froth Texture: The machine features an automatic milk frother. You can adjust the milk froth texture using the regulator knob to suit your taste.

Iced Coffee/Espresso Cool Function
- Prepare Water Tank: For iced coffee, ensure the water tank contains ice-cold water and ice cubes.
- Cooling Cycle: If the machine has recently performed hot functions (coffee/milk foam), it requires complete cooling. Hold the "Espresso cool" button for 3 seconds to release hot water. This accelerates thermoregulation and prevents a burnt taste in your iced beverage.
- Brew: Select the "Espresso cool" option. The machine will produce approximately 60ml (+/-30%) of perfect cold brew.

Maintenance
Daily Cleaning
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the detachable drip tray regularly.
