Operating Instructions
Basic Vacuum Sealing (Dry Mode)
This mode is ideal for dry foods such as nuts, cereals, and dried fruits.
- Place the food item into a vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the open end of the bag.
- Open the lid of the vacuum sealer. Place the open end of the bag flat into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it is centered over the sealing strip.

Step 1: Position the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat and smooth.
- Close the lid firmly by pressing down on both ends until you hear two distinct "pops," indicating the lid is securely latched.

Step 2: Press down firmly on both sides of the lid until it clicks securely into place.
- Select the Dry mode button. The digital timer will begin counting down. The machine will automatically vacuum the air out of the bag and then seal it. The 75KPa powerful suction completes vacuum sealing in approximately 10 seconds.

Step 3: Select the appropriate mode (Dry or Moist) and press the 'Vac & Seal' button to initiate the process.
- Once the process is complete, the digital display will turn off. Press the release buttons on the sides of the machine to open the lid and remove your vacuum-sealed food.
Moist Food Sealing
For moist or juicy foods like raw meat, fish, or marinated items, use the Moist mode. This mode adjusts the sealing time to ensure a proper seal without trapping moisture in the seal area. Follow the same steps as for dry food sealing, but select the Moist button in step 4.
External Vacuuming (Jars, Canisters, Wine)
The LKKNC Vacuum Sealer can also be used to vacuum seal jars, canisters, and wine bottles using the external air suction hose.
- Attach one end of the external air suction hose to the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
- Attach the other end of the hose to the vacuum port of your compatible vacuum-sealable jar, canister, or wine stopper.
- Press the External VAC button on the control panel. The machine will begin to remove air.
- Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the machine will stop automatically. Remove the hose.

- Place the bag or roll across the cutter guide slot.
- Slide the cutter knob from one side to the other to cut the bag to your desired length.
