3. Initial Setup and Time Setting

3.2 Setting Digital Time, Date, and Day

1. Press the MODE button repeatedly until the digital time display starts flashing, indicating it's in setting mode.
2. Use the START/STOP button to adjust the flashing value (e.g., hours, minutes).
3. Press the RESET button to move to the next setting item (e.g., minutes, month, date, day, 12/24 hour format).
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired settings are adjusted.
5. Press the MODE button once more to exit the setting mode.

3.3 12/24 Hour Format

While in digital time setting mode, you can toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time formats using the START/STOP button when the hour setting is flashing.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Backlight (EL Light)

To illuminate the digital display in low light conditions, press the LIGHT button. The backlight will remain on for a few seconds.

4.2 Using the Stopwatch

1. Press the MODE button until "STOPWATCH" or "CHRONO" appears on the digital display.
2. Press the START/STOP button to begin timing.
3. Press the START/STOP button again to pause timing.
4. Press the RESET button to clear the stopwatch to zero.
5. Press the MODE button to return to the time display.

4.3 Setting and Using the Alarm

1. Press the MODE button until "ALARM" appears on the digital display.
2. Press the START/STOP button to select the hour or minute to set. The selected value will flash.
3. Use the RESET button to adjust the flashing value.
4. Press the START/STOP button again to move to the next setting (e.g., from hour to minute).
5. Once the alarm time is set, press the MODE button to exit.
6. To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM button while in the alarm display mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear to indicate its status.
7. When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.

5. Water Resistance Guidelines

This watch features 50M (5 ATM) water resistance. This means it is suitable for:

• Handwashing
• Exposure to rain
• Washing face
• Swimming in shallow water

Important: Do not use the watch while diving, surfing, or bathing in hot water. Avoid pressing any buttons while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water resistance seal.
