Assembly Steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all components are present according to the packing list.
- Assemble the Base: Connect the two curved base pieces to the central control unit, ensuring they click securely into place. Use the provided screws to fix the base components for stability.
- Attach Seat Support Frame: Connect the seat cushion support frame to the central control unit. Ensure it is firmly attached and locked into position.
- Install Seat Cushion: Place the soft crystal velvet seat cushion onto the support frame. Secure it using the integrated fasteners (e.g., Velcro straps) as indicated in the manual.
- Attach Toy Bar: Insert the adjustable toy bar into its designated slots on the side of the seat. Hang the two soft star-shaped plush toys from the toy bar.
- Connect Power: Plug the DC adapter into the swing's power port (located on the central control unit) and then into a standard wall electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The HARPPA Electric Baby Swing can be operated using the IMD control panel on the base or the included remote control.
Control Panel and Remote Functions:

- Power On/Off: Press the power button (O/I symbol) on the control panel or remote to turn the swing on or off.
- Adjust Swing Speed: Use the speed buttons (usually indicated by '+' and '-') to select one of the 5 adjustable swing speeds. The current speed level will be displayed.
- Set Timer: Press the timer button (clock symbol) to cycle through the available timer options: 8, 15, or 30 minutes. The swing will automatically stop after the selected time.
- Play Melodies: Use the music play/pause button (play symbol) to start or stop the built-in melodies.
- Adjust Volume: Use the volume buttons (speaker symbols) to increase or decrease the music volume.
- Change Melody: Use the next/previous track buttons (arrow symbols) to switch between the 10 built-in melodies.
Securing Your Baby with the 5-Point Harness:

- Place your baby gently in the center of the swing seat.
- Bring the shoulder straps over your baby's shoulders and the waist straps around their waist.
- Connect the shoulder straps to the waist straps, then insert both buckles into the central buckle until you hear a click, ensuring they are securely fastened.
- Adjust the straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit for your baby, preventing them from slipping out.
Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your baby swing.
Cleaning the Seat Fabric:

- The soft crystal velvet seat fabric is machine-washable.
- To remove, unfasten all straps and attachments securing the fabric to the frame.
- Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Air dry completely before reattaching to the swing frame. Do not tumble dry.
Frame Cleaning:
- Wipe the frame, control panel, and toy bar with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Do not immerse any electronic components in water.
- Ensure all parts are dry before reassembly or use.
