Setup
1. Unboxing and Package Contents
Carefully open the packaging and ensure all components are present. The package typically contains:

2. Charging the Camera
Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the camera's USB port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator light will show the charging status.
3. Inserting a Memory Card (TF Card)
The KODAK CHARMERA requires a TF (Micro SD) memory card (not included) for storing photos and videos. The camera supports TF cards from 1GB to 128GB. Locate the TF card slot on the side of the camera and gently insert the card until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
4. Attaching the Keychain/Lanyard
Attach the provided keychain or lanyard to the designated loop on the camera for convenient carrying and to prevent loss.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually marked 'M' or a power icon) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again until the 'Good Bye' message appears and the screen turns off.

2. Taking Photos
In Photo Mode, frame your shot using the small display screen. Press the Shutter button (usually the top button) once to capture a photo. The camera supports 1440 x 1080 image output with 1.6M megapixels.
Photo Frames and Filters
The camera offers 4 frames and 7 filters to enhance your photos. Navigate through these options using the menu buttons (refer to the on-screen interface for specific button functions).

3. Recording Videos
Switch to Video Mode using the Mode button. Press the Shutter button once to start recording and press it again to stop. Videos are saved to the inserted TF card.
4. Viewing and Deleting Media
Use the navigation buttons to browse through your captured photos and videos on the camera's screen. Consult the on-screen menu for options to delete individual files.
5. Connecting to a Computer (File Transfer)
To transfer files, connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable. The camera should appear as a removable storage device. You can then copy photos and videos from the camera's memory card to your computer.
6. Setting Date and Time
Access the camera's settings menu to adjust the date and time. This ensures accurate timestamps on your photos and videos.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body and lens. Avoid using liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the TF card if storing for extended periods.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the camera regularly, even if not in use.
