4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Attaching Stabilizer Bar

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Converting to A-Frame Ladder

1. Place the ladder on a flat, stable surface.
2. Locate the hinge locks at the top of the ladder.
3. Pull the hinge locks outwards to disengage them.
4. Carefully fold the ladder sections inward until they form an 'A' shape.
5. Push the hinge locks back in to secure the A-frame position. Ensure both locks are fully engaged.

5.2 Converting to Extension Ladder

1. Start with the ladder in the A-frame position.
2. Pull the hinge locks outwards to disengage them.
3. Extend the ladder sections fully until they are straight, forming a single long ladder.
4. Push the hinge locks back in to secure the extension position. Ensure both locks are fully engaged.
5. For maximum extension, pull out the rung locks on each side and extend the inner sections upwards, ensuring each rung lock clicks into place.

5.3 Adjusting Height and Using on Stairs

The ladder's telescopic design allows for individual height adjustment of each section. This is particularly useful for uneven surfaces or stairwells.

1. To adjust a section, pull the rung locks outwards on both sides of the desired section.
2. Extend or retract the section to the desired height.
3. Release the rung locks, ensuring they snap securely into place in the next available rung hole.
4. For stair use, adjust one side of the A-frame to be shorter than the other, allowing the shorter side to rest on a lower step while the longer side rests on a higher step or the floor. Always ensure the ladder is stable and level before climbing.

5.4 Using as a Scaffold

To use the ladder as a scaffold base, fully extend both sides of the ladder horizontally. Ensure all locks are engaged. A suitable platform (not included) can then be placed across the rungs to create a working surface. Always ensure the platform is stable and rated for the intended load.

5.5 Transporting the Ladder

When folded, the integrated wheels on the stabilizer bar allow for easy transportation. Simply tilt the folded ladder and roll it to your desired location.
