3. Setup Guide

3.1 Charging the Printer

Before first use, ensure the printer is fully charged. Connect the power adapter to the printer's charge port and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

3.2 Installing the Ink Cartridge

1. Open the ink cartridge compartment cover on the printer.
2. Carefully insert the W6900K ink cartridge into the slot, ensuring it is seated correctly.
3. Close the compartment cover securely.

3.3 Powering On and Initial Setup

1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the printer.

3. The default language is English. To change the language, navigate to the settings menu. The printer supports 28 languages. If using a language not pre-installed, you may need to install a compatible font (.ttf) via the U-disk.

The E55 supports a maximum print height of 0.5 inches (approximately 12.7mm) and a minimum of 2mm. The print length is unlimited. You can adjust the text font and size directly on the screen to fit your requirements.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Ink Cartridge Handling and Replacement

The E55 printer uses W6900K fast-drying ink cartridges. When the ink level is low or the print quality degrades, replace the cartridge. The machine is unencrypted and can also use other universal half-inch cartridges.

1. Turn off the printer before replacing the cartridge.
2. Open the ink cartridge compartment.
3. Carefully remove the old cartridge.
4. Insert the new cartridge firmly into the slot.
5. Close the compartment cover.

Store ink cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid touching the nozzle directly.

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior of the printer.
