Setup

- To power off, flip the main power switch to the OFF position.
2. Using the RGB LED Screen:
The bright RGB LED screen displays key workout metrics including speed, calories burned, time elapsed, current incline level, and distance covered. You can cycle through different display colors or turn off the lights with a dedicated button.
3. Speed Adjustment:
The treadmill offers speeds from 0 to 4.0 mph. Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or remote control to increase or decrease the speed. Start at a low speed and gradually increase to your desired pace.
4. Auto Incline Function:
The X01 features a 0-12% (9-level) auto incline. Use the incline adjustment buttons on the console or remote to change the incline level. Higher inclines simulate hiking and can increase calorie burn.
5. Bluetooth Speaker:
To connect your device, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and search for the device named "TREADMILL". Pair with it to play audio through the treadmill's built-in speakers.
6. Workout Modes:
