Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product or personal injury.

• Always unplug the power before cleaning or maintenance.
• Ensure the blender lid is securely in place before use. Do not block the air vent on the lid, as this may cause an "E2" error or prevent the machine from starting.
• Do not immerse the electromagnetic induction area in water. Otherwise, it may cause the machine's electromagnetic induction to become unrecognizable, leading to an E2 error.
• Do not use corrosive liquids, such as alcohol, for cleaning.
• Do not add overly hard or excessively large food items. It is recommended to prepare the food before placing it in the blender.
• Do not exceed the maximum water level marked on the blender cup.
• Avoid continuous heating, and do not operate the machine without water or food to prevent dry burning.
• Be careful of the sharp blades when cleaning the mixing cup. The blades are not removable and can cause injury.
• The blender jar and motor base are not dishwasher safe.

Setup

Before first use, wash all removable parts (lid, tamper, strainer, sponge brush, measuring cup) with warm soapy water. Wipe the blender base with a damp cloth.

Assembly:

1. Place the blender base on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
2. Align the glass mixing cup with the main unit and press down firmly until a "beep" sound confirms proper alignment.
3. Place the lid onto the mixing cup and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place. A "beep" sound will confirm proper alignment.

Note: The blender will display an "E2" error if the lid or jar is not correctly installed, preventing operation for safety.

Operating Instructions

The ASTRALSHIP ASH01-B Pro offers a variety of functions for both cold and hot preparations.

Control Panel:

The intuitive touch control panel features 9 adjustable speeds and 14 one-touch preset programs. The digital display shows time and temperature.

Using Preset Programs:

Select from 14 preset programs like Nut Milk, Soup, Smoothie, Oatmeal, and Baby Food. Each program has a pre-set duration and blending intensity.

• Add ingredients to the mixing cup, ensuring the water level is below the maximum mark (1000ml for auto clean, 1.4L for cold drinks, 1.1L for hot drinks).
• Secure the lid.
• Plug in the blender.
• Press the desired preset program button.
• Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin.

Adjustable Speeds (P1-P9):

For manual control, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the speed from P1 (coarse grinding) to P9 (ultra-fine blending) at any time during operation.

Heating Functions:

The blender can heat ingredients for hot soups, sauces, and more. The heating function is integrated into specific preset programs.

• Keep Warm: Maintains temperature for up to 6 hours.
• Timer: Allows for delayed start up to 24 hours in 30-minute intervals.

Using the Tamper:

The tamper can be used to push down thick or frozen ingredients towards the blades while the blender is running. Ensure the lid is properly secured before inserting the tamper through the small opening in the lid.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your ASTRALSHIP blender.

Auto Clean Function:

This feature uses high-temperature heating and blending to clean the jar.

• At the end of the program, add 33.8 fl oz (1 liter) of clean water to the cup.
• Select the "Auto Clean" function to rinse the cup.

Odor Removal:

If there is any odor in the mixing cup, soak it with a small amount of dish soap mixed with water for 1-2 hours. After soaking, proceed with the Automatic Cleaning function as needed.

Manual Cleaning:

• Always unplug the power before cleaning.
• Be careful of the sharp blades when cleaning the mixing cup.
• Do not use corrosive liquids, such as alcohol, for cleaning.
• Never submerge the mixing cup in water. This could allow water to enter from the bottom.
• For difficult-to-clean residue at the bottom of the mixing cup, soak with warm water, then scrub with a sponge in the same direction, and rinse with clean water.
• After cleaning the product, wipe the main unit and any residual water on the lid with a dry cloth.
• Place the lid upside down in a cool, shaded area to dry.

Troubleshooting

Refer to the following common issues and solutions.

• E2 Error: Typically appears when the lid is not properly locked or aligned, the blender is used empty or overloaded, or water enters the motor/handle area. Solution: Ensure the lid is tightly closed and aligned. Add ingredients and water (around 1000ml). Avoid using the blender dry. If the problem persists, unplug and cool for 30 minutes.
• Overheating or Sudden Shutdown: The blender includes an overheat protection feature. This may occur if used continuously for extended time or with ingredients that are too thick/hard. Solution: Let the blender cool for 30-40 minutes. Avoid hard foods and ensure ingredients are properly cut and diluted.
• Lid Leaking: May happen if the sealing ring is not properly in place or the water level exceeds the maximum mark (1000ml for auto clean). Solution: Check and press the rubber gasket firmly into the lid groove. Keep water level below the max line.
• Auto-Clean Not Starting/Stopping: Will not start if improper assembly is detected, water level is too low/high, or lid/jar is not fully secured. Solution: Ensure the jar is tightly mounted, the lid is sealed, and water is around 800-1000ml.
• Cannot Crush Ice/Blend Smoothies Properly: Hard ice or large chunks may exceed blade capability if not combined with liquid. Tips: Add ice with water, milk, or fruit juice. Use "Smoothie" mode and let the full cycle run. Avoid overfilling or adding rock-hard ingredients alone.
• Blender Trips Circuit Breaker: Could be due to water ingress into the base unit, a faulty power outlet, high local voltage, or short-circuit from damaged glass jar contact. Solution: Do not submerge the handle or motor base in water.
