1. Product Overview
The HEAPETS P358 Pet Air Purifier is designed to significantly improve indoor air quality, especially in homes with pets. It features a unique U-shaped air inlet and a static pre-filter specifically customized to effectively capture pet floating hair, dander, and other airborne particles. This design prevents secondary pollution by firmly adsorbing pet hair.
Equipped with a pet formula activated carbon filter, the P358 effectively reduces various odors including pet odor, litter box smell, dog smell, cat smell, pet urine, vaping smell, and cooking odors. Combined with an H13 HEPA filter, it is ideal for families with pets and individuals sensitive to air quality, targeting allergens and pollutants.
Despite its compact footprint, similar to an A4 paper size, the P358 offers large coverage. Its dual-sided and super-large air intake system cleans air from both sides simultaneously, providing purification twice as fast as traditional single-intake models. With a CADR of 176 CFM (295m³/h), it can refresh the air in areas up to 2500 sq ft every hour, making it suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, nurseries, kitchens, basements, and apartments.
The advanced 6-stage filtration system goes beyond general air purification by specifically addressing pet hair and odors. It rapidly cleans indoor air, filtering out pet dander, airborne fur, stubborn odors, dust, smoke, particles, common allergens, and pollutants.
The P358 also includes smart features such as a PM2.5 display and Air Quality Indicator for real-time monitoring, 5 fan speed modes (Auto P0, P1-P4), Pet Lock, Timer, Filter Replace Reminder, and a Quiet Sleep Mode that automatically adjusts fan speed and turns off indicator lights for undisturbed rest.
2. Setup
Follow these steps to set up your HEAPETS P358 Pet Air Purifier:

- Filter Preparation: The filters come sealed in plastic bags to maintain their effectiveness. Open the front and back covers of the air purifier. Remove both filters from their plastic packaging.
- Install Filters: Insert the filters back into their respective compartments, ensuring they are correctly oriented. Close the front and back covers securely.
- Placement: Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface. For optimal performance, position it near pet areas, such as litter boxes or pet beds, or in rooms where pet hair and odors are most prevalent. Ensure there is adequate space around the air inlets and outlets for proper airflow.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air purifier. The P358 is designed for easy and cost-effective maintenance.
- Filter Replacement Reminder: The unit will indicate when it's time to replace the filters. The replaceable electrostatic pre-filtered cotton can extend the life of the main filter cartridge from 3 months to 6 months, saving you 50% on costs.
- Cleaning the Pre-filter: The electrostatic pre-filter is washable and reusable. To clean, gently tear off the pre-filter, remove accumulated hair and dust, wash it with water, or use a vacuum cleaner. Allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Replacing the Composite Filter: When the main composite filter needs replacement, search for B0DT6CWC1K (Composite Filter) or B0DT5RNTPV (Pre-filter).
- Reset Filter Timer: After replacing or cleaning filters, press and hold the reset button (⟳) for 5 seconds to reset the cumulative use time of the filter.
- Cleaning the Air Quality Sensor: Clean the sensor port and surrounding area with a cotton swab. This should be done if the room air is clean but the indicator light is red, or if the air is filled with smoke/dust but the indicator light stays green, or if the indicator light flickers frequently.
