6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your WattCycle battery, consider the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Battery Not Charging: Verify charger compatibility and connection. Check if the ambient temperature is below the charging threshold (19.4°F / -7°C).
  • No Power Output: Check all cable connections for tightness. Ensure the battery is adequately charged. Confirm the ambient temperature is above the discharging threshold (-4°F / -20°C).
  • Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure your device is within 15 meters of the battery. Restart the WattCycle APP and your device's Bluetooth.
  • Unusual Behavior: The built-in BMS provides multiple protections (over-charge, over-voltage, over-discharge, short-circuit, over-current, high/low-temp).
