Setup
- Unpack all components and ensure they are intact.
- Wash the collection bottle and the distiller's interior with mild soap and water before first use. Rinse thoroughly.
- Place the distiller on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Fill the distiller's boiling chamber with tap water, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Attach the collection bottle to the distiller's spout.
- Insert the charcoal filter into the designated slot in the collection bottle's lid (optional, depending on water quality).
- Connect the power cord to the distiller and then to a grounded electrical outlet.

- Ensure the distiller is properly set up and filled with water.
- Press the ON/OFF switch to start the distillation process. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The distiller will heat the water to boiling, producing steam. The steam rises, leaving impurities behind.
- The steam then condenses back into liquid water in the cooling coil and drips into the collection bottle.
- The distillation process will automatically shut off when the water in the boiling chamber is depleted or if the unit overheats.
- Once the process is complete, unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before handling or refilling.
- Important: The first two batches of distilled water are not safe to drink and should be discarded. A peculiar smell may be present during initial uses; this will dissipate with subsequent use.
Maintenance
- Regular Cleaning: Clean the distiller after every two uses to prevent scale buildup. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Discard any remaining water.
- Descaling: To remove mineral buildup, use the included citric acid sachet or white vinegar.
- Pour the cleaning agent into the boiling chamber.
- Fill with water to cover the scale.
- Let it soak for several hours or overnight.
- Scrub with a non-abrasive brush if necessary.
- Rinse thoroughly multiple times to remove all cleaning agent residue.

Setup
- Place the mixer on a dry, stable, and flat surface.

- Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head.

- Ensure the mixer is properly assembled with the desired attachment and bowl.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Plug the mixer into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting (0-8). The LED indicator will light up.
- Speeds 1-2: For heavy mixtures (e.g., bread dough, heavy batters). Use dough hook.
- Speeds 3-4: For medium-heavy mixtures (e.g., cake batters, cookie dough). Use flat beater.
- Speeds 5-6: For light mixtures (e.g., creams, eggs, light batters). Use wire whisk.
- Speeds 7-8: For whipping and aerating (e.g., egg whites, meringues). Use wire whisk.
- "P" (Pulse) Setting: For short bursts of power.
- When finished, turn the speed dial to "0" and unplug the mixer.
- Press the tilt-head release button to lift the motor head and remove the attachment and bowl.
Maintenance
