Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the guitar body and neck after each use. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry one. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• String Care: Nylon strings are durable but can accumulate oils and dirt. Wipe them down regularly. Replace strings as needed to maintain optimal tone and playability.
• Carbon Fiber Durability: The carbon fiber construction makes the NEXG 2N highly durable and resistant to temperature and humidity changes, making it ideal for travel. However, avoid extreme impacts or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the guitar frequently. Store the guitar with a partial charge if not used for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

• No Sound from Speaker: Ensure the guitar is powered on and the volume is turned up. Check if headphones are plugged in, which would mute the speaker.
• App Connectivity Issues: Verify Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the guitar. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Ensure the ENYA MUSIC App is up to date.
• Footswitch Not Responding: Check if the footswitch is powered on and properly paired via Bluetooth. Ensure its battery is charged.
• Poor Sound Quality: Check the selected effects and presets on the touch screen or app. Adjust parameters like EQ, reverb, or delay. Ensure strings are in good condition and properly tuned.
• Battery Not Charging: Verify the charging cable and fast charger are securely connected and functioning. Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter if available.
