Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your light therapy lamp.
- Light Panel: Emits 10,000 lux UV-free daylight.

Setup
Desktop Placement
- Unfold the adjustable stand located on the back of the lamp.
- Place the lamp on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the lamp's USB-C port and the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Wall Mounting
- Identify a suitable location on a wall.
- Use the provided screws and anchors to securely mount the lamp via the hanging hole on its back.
- Connect the USB-C cable to the lamp's USB-C port and the power adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- Press the Power Button to turn the lamp on.
- Press the Power Button again to turn the lamp off.
Adjusting Brightness
- With the lamp on, press the Brightness Button to cycle through 5 brightness levels (15%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 100%).
- Choose the brightness level that is comfortable for your environment.

Setting the Timer
- With the lamp on, press the Timer Button to select a desired usage duration.
- Available timer settings are 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected time.

Memory Function
The lamp features a memory function. When turned on again, it will resume the last brightness and timer settings used before it was turned off.
