Setup Guide

1. Power Connection

Connect the provided power adapter to the DC 5V IN port on the back of the alarm clock and plug it into a standard electrical outlet. The display will light up.

2. Battery Backup Installation

For power-off memory, install 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the bottom of the clock. This ensures that time and alarm settings are retained during a power outage, though the display will not be active.

3. Initial Time Setting

Upon first power-on or after a full power reset without battery backup, the time display may flash. Follow the "Setting Time" instructions in the Operating section to set the current time.

  • TIME DIM: Press to enter time setting mode. Press repeatedly to adjust display brightness.
  • AL1 / AL2: Press to set Alarm 1 or Alarm 2.
  • + / -: Use to adjust values (time, alarm, volume).
  • VOL DST: Press to adjust alarm volume. Hold to activate/deactivate Daylight Saving Time.
  • SNOOZE OK / Night Light: Press to snooze an active alarm or confirm settings. Hold to turn on/off the night light and adjust its brightness.

1. Setting Time

  1. Press and hold the TIME DIM button until the hour digits flash.
  2. Use the + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
  3. Press TIME DIM again to move to minute setting. Use + or - to adjust minutes.
  4. Press TIME DIM again to select 12-hour or 24-hour format. Use + or - to toggle.
  5. Press TIME DIM again to set the year, then month, then day, using + or -.
  6. Press TIME DIM one last time or wait 10 seconds for the settings to save automatically.

2. Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 & Alarm 2)

The clock features two independent alarms. The setting process is identical for both.

  1. Press and hold the AL1 (or AL2) button until the alarm hour digits flash.
  2. Use the + or - buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
  3. Press AL1 (or AL2) again to move to minute setting. Use + or - to adjust minutes.
  4. Press AL1 (or AL2) again to select the alarm mode:
    • MON-SUN: Alarm sounds every day.
    • MON-FRI: Alarm sounds on weekdays only.
    • SAT-SUN: Alarm sounds on weekends only.
  5. Use + or - to cycle through these options.
  6. Press AL1 (or AL2) one last time or wait 10 seconds for the settings to save. An alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.

3. Stopping/Disabling an Alarm

  • When an alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE OK / Night Light button to activate snooze (alarm will sound again after 9 minutes).
  • To turn off the alarm for the day, press any other button (TIME DIM, AL1, AL2, +, -, VOL DST) when the alarm is sounding. The alarm icon will remain on, indicating it will sound again the next scheduled day.
  • To completely disable an alarm, press the AL1 (or AL2) button once. The corresponding alarm icon will disappear from the display. Press it again to re-enable.

4. Adjusting Display Brightness

The display brightness can be adjusted to 5 levels.

  1. In normal time display mode, press the TIME DIM button repeatedly to cycle through the 5 brightness levels (LV1 to LV5).
  2. The clock also features an automatic dimming mode for night.

5. Adjusting Alarm Volume

The alarm volume can be adjusted to 5 levels, from soft to loud (up to 110 dB).

  1. In normal time display mode, press the VOL DST button.
  2. Use the + or - buttons to adjust the volume level.
  3. The volume level will be displayed temporarily.

6. Using the Night Light

The clock features a soft night light with 3 adjustable brightness levels.

  1. Press and hold the SNOOZE OK / Night Light button to turn the night light on.
  2. Press the SNOOZE OK / Night Light button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 brightness levels.
  3. Press and hold the SNOOZE OK / Night Light button again to turn the night light off.

7. Daylight Saving Time (DST)

To adjust for Daylight Saving Time:

  1. Press and hold the VOL DST button.
  2. The time will adjust forward or backward by one hour, and a "DST" indicator will appear/disappear on the display.

8. USB Charging Port

The alarm clock includes a USB-A and a Type-C port on the back for charging external devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets). Simply connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate port.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: If the battery backup function seems unreliable, replace the 3 AAA batteries in the compartment. Ensure correct polarity.

Troubleshooting
