4. Setup & Installation
Before beginning installation, ensure your vehicle's ignition is off and the battery is disconnected. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific instructions on removing the factory radio.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Confirm compatibility with your Volkswagen Beetle (2004-2010).
- Ensure you have all necessary tools for installation.
- Test the unit on a bench power supply if possible, to confirm basic functionality before full installation.
4.2 Wiring Connections

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the unit or use the vehicle's ignition.
- Touch Screen: Navigate the interface by tapping, swiping, and pinching on the 9-inch display.
- Volume Control: Adjust volume using the physical knobs or on-screen controls.
5.2 Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
The unit supports both wireless and wired CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless smartphone integration.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the car stereo.
- Open the "Zlink5" application on the car stereo.
- For CarPlay, connect your iPhone via Bluetooth. For Android Auto, download the Android Auto app on your phone, then connect via Bluetooth.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection.
Once connected, you can access navigation, phone contacts, messages, music, and other compatible apps directly from the car stereo display. Voice control (Siri or Google Assistant) is also supported.
Note: Android Auto may not support some Samsung phone models.

- Pairing: Go to the Bluetooth settings on the car stereo and your phone, search for available devices, and pair with the SIXWIN unit.

5.4 GPS Navigation & WiFi

- Online Navigation: Connect to WiFi to use online map services and download apps.
- Offline Navigation: The pre-installed "Here We Go" app allows you to download offline map data for navigation without an internet connection.

5.5 Network Radio
