1. Introduction

3. Setup & Installation
3.1 Headlight Installation
The BX-500 Headlight features a robust adjustable strap for secure and effortless installation on most handlebars (up to 31.8mm / 1.25in diameter max) or slotted bicycle helmets.
- Position the headlight on your desired mounting location (handlebar or helmet).
- Wrap the silicone strap around the bar/helmet and secure it to the hook on the light unit.
- Ensure the light is firmly attached and facing forward, providing optimal illumination of your path.

3.2 Taillight Installation
The KIT-R1 Taillight also uses a flexible strap for quick and secure attachment to your bike's seat post or other suitable rear locations.
- Place the taillight on your seat post or rear frame.
- Wrap the silicone strap around the post/frame and hook it securely.
- Adjust the light's angle to ensure maximum visibility to traffic approaching from behind. The light can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

3.3 Charging the Lights
Both the headlight and taillight are USB-C rechargeable. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours for the headlight and ensures long-lasting performance.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on each light (typically covered by a rubber flap for water resistance).
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the light and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter, power bank).
- The indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and ensure the rubber flap is securely closed to maintain water resistance.

4. Operating Instructions
Both lights are operated with a simple one-button design.
4.1 Headlight (BX-500) Modes & Performance
The BX-500 headlight delivers a powerful 540 Lumens for excellent road clarity and improved color rendering. It features dynamic flashing amber lights for daytime visibility.
- Press the power button to cycle through the 5 available modes:
- High Beam (approx. 3.75 hours runtime)
- Medium Beam
- Low Beam (approx. 10 hours runtime)
- Blink Mode
- Side Amber Strobe (approx. 10 hours runtime)
- Low & Side Amber Strobe
- Press and hold the button to turn the light off.

4.2 Taillight (KIT-R1) Modes & Performance
The KIT-R1 taillight offers enhanced protection and visibility from the rear, with an impressive maximum runtime of 18 hours.
- Press the power button to cycle through the 4 available modes:
- Steady Mode
- Kit-Strobe Mode
- Double Flash Mode
- Chaotic Strobe Mode
- Press and hold the button to turn the light off.

5. Maintenance
