Getting Started:

  1. Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.

  4. Adjust Speed: Use the Speed + and Speed - buttons to increase or decrease the belt speed. Quick-access buttons for 3 mph, 6 mph, and 8 mph are also available.

  6. Stop Workout: Press the Stop button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill. Pulling the safety key will also immediately stop the treadmill.
