4. Setup and Charging
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the Joltekon VP10 unit. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the unit's USB-C input port and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The smart display will indicate the charging status. A full charge ensures optimal performance.
Connecting Jumper Cables
The heavy-duty smart clamp jumper cables are designed for safety and ease of use. Insert the blue plug of the smart clamp into the dedicated jumper cable port on the VP10 unit. Ensure it is fully inserted for a secure connection.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
- Ensure the VP10 unit is sufficiently charged.
- Connect the smart clamp jumper cables to the VP10 unit.
- Attach the red (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Attach the black (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Observe the indicator light on the smart clamp. A solid green light indicates a correct connection and readiness to jump start. If the indicator shows no light or a red light, check the connections. If the battery is extremely low, press the "BOOST" button on the smart clamp until the indicator turns solid green.
- Start your car engine within 30 seconds.
- Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamp from the vehicle battery, then disconnect it from the VP10 unit.

5.2. Using the Air Compressor
- Screw the detachable extended air hose into the designated port on the VP10 unit.
- Press and lock the air hose onto the tire valve or attach the appropriate nozzle from the 5-piece set for other inflatables.
- Long press the power button on the VP10 unit to turn it on. The display will show the current pressure.
- Short press the "M/U" button to select the desired inflation mode (Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball, or Custom).
- Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the target air pressure value.
- Short press the power button to start inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the preset target pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the air hose from the tire valve and the VP10 unit.

5.3. Using as a Power Bank
The VP10 unit can charge various USB-powered devices:
- Connect your device's charging cable to the USB output port (OUT: 5V==2.4A) on the VP10 unit.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your electronic device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, drone).
- The VP10 will automatically begin charging your device.
