  • Battery Care: Avoid extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50% every few months to prolong its lifespan.
  • Storage: Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Use the provided carrying case for protection.
  • Water Resistance: This camera is not water-resistant. Avoid exposure to water or high humidity.

7. Troubleshooting

Camera does not power on:
Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again. Check if the battery is properly inserted.
Cannot record video/take photos:
Check if a MicroSD card is inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure the card is formatted correctly (FAT32). The battery might be too low to initiate recording.
Poor video/photo quality:
Ensure the lens is clean. Check lighting conditions. For night vision, remember images will be black and white.
Battery drains quickly:
Ensure the camera is fully charged. Continuous recording, especially with night vision, consumes more power. Reduce recording time or charge on the go.
Camera freezes or becomes unresponsive:
Try resetting the camera by pressing and holding the Power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds) until it powers off. If a reset button is available (check product diagram), use a thin object to press it.
