4. Product Overview

Ports and Buttons

Familiarize yourself with the monitor's ports and control buttons:

• USB Type-C (Power): For power input only.
• USB Type-C (Signal & Power): For video signal and power delivery (requires DisplayPort Alt Mode compatible device).
• Mini HDMI (Signal Only): For video signal input.
• Power/Return Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to return in OSD menu.
• OSD Button: Access and navigate the On-Screen Display menu.
• 3.5mm Headphone Jack: Connect external headphones or speakers.

5. Setup

Using the Integrated Stand

The monitor features a built-in adjustable stand for quick and stable setup. Simply unfold the stand to your desired angle (up to 75°) for optimal viewing.

VESA Mounting

For a more permanent or ergonomic setup, the monitor is VESA compatible (75x75mm). This allows you to attach it to a monitor arm or wall mount (sold separately) for flexible positioning and space-saving.

Connecting to Devices

Single USB Type-C Cable Connection

For devices that support DisplayPort Alt Mode (e.g., many modern laptops, smartphones, and tablets), you can connect the monitor using a single full-featured USB Type-C to Type-C cable. This cable transmits both video signal and power.

Dual Cable Connection (HDMI + USB-A for Power)

If your device does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode, or if additional power is required, use the Mini HDMI cable for video signal and the USB-A to USB Type-C cable for power. Connect the Mini HDMI end to the monitor and the HDMI end to your device. Connect the USB Type-C end of the power cable to the monitor's power input and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., laptop USB port, power adapter).

Connecting to Gaming Consoles (Nintendo Switch, PS, Xbox)

Connect your gaming console using the Mini HDMI cable for video. For power, use the USB-A to USB Type-C cable connected to a power adapter or a powered USB port. For Nintendo Switch, ensure an external power source is always connected due to its higher power consumption.

Connecting to Smartphones/Tablets

For compatible smartphones/tablets (with DisplayPort Alt Mode), use a single USB Type-C cable. For mirroring content from devices like Fire TV Stick, a Mini HDMI adapter may be required (not included).

6. Operating the Monitor

On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

Use the OSD button to access the monitor's settings menu. Navigate through options using the Power/Return button and OSD button to adjust brightness, contrast, color settings, and more.

Display Modes

The monitor supports various display modes to suit your needs:

• Duplicate Mode: Mirrors your primary screen.
• Extend Mode: Extends your desktop, providing more screen real estate.
• Vertical Display Mode: Allows for portrait orientation, ideal for reading documents or coding.

Audio

The monitor features built-in dual speakers for an immersive audio experience. You can also connect external headphones or speakers via the 3.5mm audio jack.

• Cleaning the Screen: Gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a screen-cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Cleaning the Body: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the monitor's body.
• Storage: When not in use, store the monitor in its protective case to prevent scratches and damage. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• Handling: Always handle the monitor with care. Avoid dropping it or applying excessive pressure to the screen.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your monitor, please refer to the following common solutions:

• No Signal:
  • Ensure all cables are securely connected.
  • Verify your device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode for single USB-C connection.
  • Try connecting with both HDMI and a separate power cable.
  • Check the input source setting on the monitor's OSD menu.
• Insufficient Brightness/Volume:
  • If using a single USB-C cable, ensure your device provides sufficient power. If not, connect an external power adapter.
  • Adjust brightness and volume settings via the OSD menu.
• Flickering Screen:
  • Ensure the cable connections are stable.
  • Try a different cable or port.
  • Reduce the refresh rate if possible (via your connected device's display settings).
• No Sound:
  • Check the volume settings on both the monitor and your connected device.
  • Ensure the correct audio output is selected on your connected device.
  • Test with headphones connected to the monitor's 3.5mm jack.
