6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

To maintain the keyboard's appearance and functionality, regularly clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a can of compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keycaps. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6.2 Keycap and Switch Replacement

The hot-swappable design allows for easy replacement of keycaps and switches. Use the provided keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps. For switches, use a switch puller (not included unless specified) to gently extract them. Ensure proper alignment when inserting new switches to avoid bending pins.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not responding: Ensure the keyboard is charged. Check the connection mode (2.4GHz, Bluetooth, or wired) and ensure it matches your device's connection. For wired mode, try a different USB port or cable.
  • Bluetooth connection issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the keyboard is in pairing mode. Remove previous pairings and try reconnecting.
  • Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try replacing the switch for that key, as the keyboard is hot-swappable.
  • Screen display issues: Ensure the keyboard is powered on. If the TFT screen time is incorrect, calibrate it using the driver software (wired connection required on Windows).
  • RGB lighting not working: Check the keyboard's lighting settings using the function keys or the driver software.
