- Address Input: Enter destinations using zip codes, full addresses, or geographical coordinates.
- POI Search: Search for Points of Interest (POI) such as restaurants, gas stations, or attractions.
- Favorites: Save frequently visited locations for quick access.

Advanced Features
- Voice Guidance: The system provides multilingual voice turn-by-turn instructions, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road.
- Offline Navigation: Equipped with a built-in GPS chip, the system operates independently without requiring a cellular network connection, ensuring navigation in areas with no signal.
- Vehicle Type Customization: Customize navigation settings based on your vehicle type (car, truck, bus, pedestrian, taxi, bicycle, emergency vehicle). This feature helps avoid routes with width, height, or weight restrictions, which is particularly useful for truck drivers.

General Care
- Keep the screen clean using a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Ensure all cables are connected securely and are not pinched or damaged.
Map Updates
The navigation system includes lifetime free map updates for North America (US, Canada, Mexico). To update your maps or if you require maps for other regions (e.g., Europe, UK, Ireland, Australia), please contact customer support for download instructions.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your GPS navigation system, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
- Device does not power on:
Ensure the car charger is properly connected to both the vehicle's 12V outlet and the GPS unit. Check if the vehicle's 12V outlet is functioning. - No GPS signal:
Ensure the device has a clear view of the sky. Move the vehicle to an open area away from tall buildings or dense foliage. The built-in GPS chip works without a network, but requires satellite visibility. - Short battery life:
The device is primarily designed for use while connected to the car charger. The internal battery provides limited operation time. For extended use, keep the device connected to power. - Inaccurate navigation or outdated maps:
Verify that you have the latest map updates installed. Contact customer support if you suspect map data is incorrect or requires an update. - Device not compatible with vehicle:
While designed for universal use, ensure proper mounting and power supply are available in your specific vehicle model.
