Installation Instructions

This unit is designed for installation in standard double-hung windows. Follow these steps for a secure and efficient setup.

  1. Prepare the Window: Ensure your window opening meets the required dimensions for the unit. The unit dimensions are approximately 17.76"D x 14.96"W x 17.13"H.
  2. Attach Top Rail: Secure the top rail to the top of the air conditioner unit using the provided screws.
  3. Install Side Panels: Slide the accordion side panels into the side channels of the unit.
  4. Place Unit in Window: Carefully lift the air conditioner and place it into the window opening. Ensure the bottom rail of the unit rests securely on the window sill.
  5. Extend Side Panels: Extend the side panels to fill the window opening completely.
  6. Secure the Unit: Use the provided screws and sash lock to secure the unit to the window frame and prevent it from falling out.
  7. Seal Gaps: Apply the window sash seal foam to any gaps around the unit and side panels to prevent air leaks and improve efficiency.

Control Panel and Remote Control
