2. Setup Instructions

Upon receiving your NOVOO Air Tracker Tag, you will find a blue battery protection tab. Gently pull this tab out to activate the device. The tracker will emit two beeps, indicating it is powered on and ready for pairing.

- Power On: Pull out the blue tab from the tracker. You will hear a beep.
- Open App: On your iOS device, ensure Bluetooth is turned on. Open the 'Find My' app.
- Set Up: Navigate to the 'Items' tab. Tap the '+' icon, then select 'Add Other Item'.
- Connect: The app will search for nearby items. Once 'NOVOO Smart Tag' appears, tap 'Connect'. After two beeps, the tag is paired. You can then name and track it in the app.
Tip: Finish pairing within 10 minutes. If you hear 4 beeps, remove the battery and restart from Step 2.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Locating Items
- Play Sound: Open the Find My (iOS) or Find My Device (Android) app. Select your NOVOO Smart Tag and tap 'Play Sound'. The tag will emit an 80dB alarm to help you pinpoint its location.
- Find Nearby: For closer proximity, use the 'Find Nearby' feature in the app. This will provide visual cues to guide you towards your tag.
- Map Tracking: View the last known location of your tag on the map within the app. The location updates every 2-3 minutes when within range of any device in the Find My network.
3.2 Lost Mode
If an item with your NOVOO Smart Tag is lost, activate 'Lost Mode' in the app. You can leave a custom message and contact information (e.g., phone number, email address). If another Apple or Google user finds your item and scans the tag, they will see your message and can contact you for its return.
3.3 Sharing Access

4.1 Battery Replacement
The NOVOO Air Tracker Tag uses a replaceable CR2032 coin cell battery, which typically lasts up to 12 months. To replace the battery:
- Remove: Use the provided prying tool (or a similar thin, non-metallic tool) to gently open the two halves of the tracker. Insert the tool into the small slot on the side and twist.
- Take: Carefully remove the old CR2032 battery.
- Put: Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Close: Align the two halves of the tracker and press them firmly together until you hear a click, ensuring a secure seal.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Resetting the Tracker
If you experience pairing issues, random disconnects, or if the tag is not responding as expected, a factory reset may resolve the problem. To reset the tracker:
- Remove the battery: Open the tracker and take out the CR2032 battery.
- Reinstall and remove 5 times: Reinsert the battery and immediately remove it. Repeat this process 5 times, ensuring each reinsertion and removal is done within 3 seconds.
- Reset complete: After the fifth reinsertion, the tracker will emit a long beep, indicating that the reset is complete. You can now attempt to pair the device again.
5.2 Switching Between iOS and Android
The NOVOO Smart Tag supports either iOS or Android at one time. To switch platforms:
- Remove from previous device: In the app of the currently paired device (e.g., Google Find My Device), remove the NOVOO Smart Tag from your account. The tag will emit a long beep, confirming successful removal.
- Wait or Reset: Wait approximately 5 minutes for the tag to clear its previous pairing. Alternatively, perform a factory reset as described above for immediate re-pairing.
