3. Setup Guide

3.1. Battery and SD Card Installation

1. Open the camera's side latch to access the internal compartment.
2. Insert the 4 provided AA batteries into the battery slots. The camera supports up to 8 AA batteries for extended operation, but 4 are sufficient for basic functionality.
3. Ensure the 32GB SD card is properly inserted into its designated slot. It is recommended to format the SD card before first use to ensure optimal performance.
4. Close the camera's side latch securely to maintain its waterproof seal.

3.2. Mounting the Camera

The camera can be mounted using the included strap or mounting bracket:
