3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Placement

The Sperax Walking Pad arrives pre-assembled. Carefully remove it from the packaging. Place the unit on a flat, stable, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the treadmill for safe operation.

3.2 Power Connection

Connect the power cord to the treadmill's power input and then plug it into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the power switch on the treadmill is in the 'ON' position.

3.3 Safety Precautions

Always operate the treadmill on a flat, stable ground. Avoid placing the machine in the following environments:

  • Outdoors or in humid conditions.
  • On sloping ground.
  • In direct sunlight or near a heater.
  • In excessively noisy places where warnings might not be heard.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Remote Control Functions

The treadmill is operated via a remote control. It features buttons for power (On/Off), mode selection (M), and speed adjustment (+/-).

4.2 Usage Modes

The Sperax Walking Pad offers three distinct modes:

  • Working Mode: 0.6-1.5 MPH (Ideal for light activity while working).
  • Walking Mode: 0.6-2.5 MPH (Suitable for brisk walking).
  • Running Mode: 2.5-3.8 MPH (For light jogging).

4.3 LED Display

The integrated LED display shows real-time exercise data, including speed, distance, time, and calories burned. Use the remote control to cycle through these metrics or adjust settings.

5. Routine Maintenance

5.1 Lubricating the Running Belt

Regular lubrication of the running belt is crucial for maintaining treadmill performance and longevity. Use the provided lubricating oil as instructed in the user manual. Typically, apply a small amount of oil under the belt every few months, depending on usage frequency.

5.2 Running Belt Adjustment

If the running belt becomes misaligned or feels loose, use the provided L-shaped wrench to adjust it. Follow the specific instructions in the user manual for proper tensioning and centering of the belt to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.

6. Troubleshooting
