3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

3.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged using the Leica BC-SCL6 charger or in-camera via USB-C. If using a Leica Q3 with the HG-DC1 handgrip, wireless charging is also supported.

• Using an External Charger (Leica BC-SCL6): Insert the battery into the BC-SCL6 charger according to the charger's instructions. Connect the charger to a power source. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
