4. Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the included USB cable to the DC power adapter, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. Insert the other end of the USB cable into the DC IN port on the back of the alarm clock. The display will light up.

- Install Battery Backup (Optional): Open the battery compartment on the back of the clock. Insert two (2) AAA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-). These batteries will preserve your time and alarm settings during a power interruption. The clock will not operate solely on battery power.

- Attach Stabilizing Feet: Locate the two small black stabilizing feet. Insert the posts on the feet into the corresponding holes on the bottom rear of the clock. These provide additional stability.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting the Time
- Press and hold the "SET TIME" button on the top of the clock until the hour digits begin to flash.
- Press the "HOUR" button repeatedly to adjust the hour.
- Press the "MIN" button repeatedly to adjust the minute.
- Press "SET TIME" again to confirm and exit time setting mode.
5.2 12/24 Hour Format and DST
- To switch between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour formats, press the "12/24H" button on the top of the clock.
- To activate Daylight Saving Time (DST), press and hold the "DST" button for approximately 3 seconds. The time will advance by one hour, and a "DST" indicator will appear on the display. Repeat to deactivate DST.

5.3 Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 & Alarm 2)
- Press the "ALARM 1" or "ALARM 2" button. The alarm time will flash.
- Press the "HOUR" button to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press the "MIN" button to set the desired alarm minute.
- Press "ALARM 1" or "ALARM 2" again to confirm the alarm time. An alarm icon will appear on the display, indicating the alarm is active.
- To deactivate an alarm, press the corresponding "ALARM 1" or "ALARM 2" button until the alarm icon disappears from the display.

5.4 Adjusting Alarm Volume
- While an alarm is sounding, or during normal operation, press the "VOL +" or "VOL -" buttons to adjust the alarm volume. There are 5 levels, ranging from 76dB to 106dB.

5.5 Snooze Function
- When the alarm sounds, press the large "SNOOZE/OK" button on the top of the clock. The alarm will pause for 9 minutes and then sound again.
5.6 Alarm Off / Alarm Pause
- To turn off the current alarm for 24 hours (it will sound again the next day at the set time), press the "ALM PAUSE" button.
- To completely disable an alarm until it is manually reactivated, press the "ALM OFF" button.
5.7 Adjusting Display Brightness
- Press the "DIMMER" button on the top of the clock to cycle through 5 levels of display brightness. Select the level that is most comfortable for your environment.
