The ANJIELO SMART Wired Video Multifamily Apartment Intercom System is a robust solution for managing access and communication in multi-tenant buildings. It features a durable outdoor doorbell unit with an integrated camera and multiple indoor monitors, allowing residents to see, hear, and speak to visitors before granting access.

The system supports various configurations, including 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 indoor monitors for a single outdoor doorbell, ensuring individual monitoring without interference between units.

3. Features
- Multi-Unit Design: Supports 1 outdoor camera and 2/3/4/6/8/10/12 indoor monitors for visual intercom, accommodating multiple occupants in one building with individual, interference-free monitoring.

4. Package Contents
Upon opening the package, please verify that all components are present and undamaged:

5. Setup and Installation
5.1. Safety Precautions
- Ensure power is disconnected before beginning any installation work.
- Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about any wiring procedures.
- Do not expose the indoor monitor to excessive moisture or direct sunlight.
5.2. Component Identification

5.3. Wiring Instructions
This system operates on a 4-wire connection. A 5-meter 4-core cable is provided for initial testing. For permanent installation, you will need to acquire longer cables based on the distance between the outdoor unit and the indoor monitors.
- Connect the outdoor doorbell unit to the indoor monitors using appropriate 4-core wiring.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- The maximum recommended distance for wiring is 100 meters. Refer to the table below for cable diameter recommendations based on distance:

Power supply: The system requires an input of AC100-240V for the outdoor unit and DC15V 1.2A for the indoor monitor.
5.4. Mounting
Both the outdoor doorbell unit and indoor monitors are designed for surface mounting. Use the provided screws and anchors to securely fasten the units to the desired surfaces.
- Outdoor Unit: Mount in a location that provides a clear view of visitors and is protected by the included waterproof cover.
- Indoor Monitor: Mount at a convenient height for viewing and operation within each apartment unit.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Receiving a Call
When a visitor presses a call button on the outdoor doorbell unit, the corresponding indoor monitor will activate, displaying the external environment and emitting a ringtone.
- Press the Answer button on the indoor monitor to establish two-way audio communication with the visitor.
- To end the conversation, press the Answer button again.

6.2. Unlocking the Door
The system supports unlocking via RFID card. Ensure an electronic lock (not included) is properly integrated with the system's wiring.
- To unlock the door using an RFID card, simply swipe the registered card over the card swiping area on the outdoor doorbell unit.
- The indoor monitor may also have an unlock button to remotely open the door.
6.3. Monitoring
You can manually activate the outdoor camera view from your indoor monitor at any time to monitor the entrance area.
- Press the Monitor button on the indoor unit to view the live feed from the outdoor camera.
- Press the button again to exit monitoring mode.
6.4. Silent Mode
To prevent disturbances, especially during nighttime hours, you can activate the silent mode on your indoor monitor.
- Refer to your indoor monitor's specific interface for the silent mode activation option. This typically involves a dedicated button or a setting within the menu.
- When silent mode is active, the monitor will still display the visitor, but the ringtone will be muted.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the surfaces of both the outdoor and indoor units. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Outdoor Unit: Periodically check the outdoor unit for any debris or obstructions on the camera lens or microphone/speaker grilles. Ensure the waterproof cover is securely in place.
- Wiring: Regularly inspect all wiring connections for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. Address any issues promptly to maintain system integrity.
- Software Updates: Check the manufacturer's website or contact support for information on any available firmware or software updates for your system.
8. Troubleshooting
