1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the XTU X3 Action Camera. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your device. The XTU X3 is designed to capture high-quality video and photos in various environments, featuring 6K/30fps video recording, 48-megapixel photos, and a robust 10-meter waterproof design without an additional case. It incorporates advanced SuperSmooth 4.0 image stabilization and supports 5G WiFi for quick data transfer.

Equipped with a high-performance Ambarella H22 chip and a SONY IMX586 1/2″ CMOS sensor, the X3 delivers stunning clarity and vivid detail. Its HDR function naturally corrects scenes with large light-dark differences, reproducing realistic and beautiful images. The 170-degree ultra-wide-angle lens captures an immersive field of view, making it ideal for travel, outdoor activities, and vlogging.

2. Setup

2.1 Battery Installation and Charging

The XTU X3 comes with an 1800mAh high-capacity battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert the 1800mAh battery, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
  4. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable to charge. The charging indicator will illuminate.

2.2 Memory Card Insertion

A high-speed microSD card (U3 or higher, up to 256GB recommended) is required for recording. The memory card is not included.

  1. Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the camera.
  2. Insert the microSD card with the contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.
