2. Setup
2.1 Battery Installation and Charging
The XTU X3 comes with an 1800mAh high-capacity battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
- Open the battery compartment cover located on the bottom of the camera.
- Insert the 1800mAh battery, ensuring the contacts align correctly.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

A high-speed microSD card (U3 or higher, up to 256GB recommended) is required for recording. The memory card is not included.
- Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert the microSD card with the contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.
2.3 Powering On/Off
- To power on: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds.
- To power off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds until the camera shuts down.
