1. Product Overview

The Tixpc 4G Kids Smart Watch is designed to keep children aged 5-12 connected and safe. It features real-time GPS tracking, two-way communication including voice and video calls, an SOS emergency button, and various other functions to provide peace of mind for parents and engaging features for kids.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 SIM Card Installation

The Tixpc 4G Kids Smart Watch requires a T-Mobile Nano SIM card (not included) for 4G connectivity, calls, and GPS tracking. Please purchase a compatible SIM card separately.

1. Ensure the watch is powered off before inserting the SIM card.
2. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the watch.
3. Carefully insert the Nano SIM card into the slot, ensuring correct orientation.
4. Power on the watch by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds.
5. Verify that a 4G signal indicator appears on the watch screen after insertion.
6. If no network signal is displayed, navigate to the APN settings on the watch and configure them according to your SIM card provider's instructions. Contact customer support if you require assistance with APN settings.

3.2 JuniCare App Installation

The JuniCare app is essential for managing the watch's features, including GPS tracking, contacts, and safety settings.

1. Download the "JuniCare" app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
2. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and bind your Tixpc Smart Watch to your account.
3. Once bound, you can configure contacts, set safety zones, and access other remote management features.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the power button (located on the side) for 5 seconds.
• To power off: Press and hold the power button, then select "Power Off" on the screen.

4.2 Making and Receiving Calls

The watch supports both voice and video calls with pre-approved contacts.

• To make a call: From the watch interface, navigate to the "Phone" or "Video Call" icon, select a contact from the pre-set list, and initiate the call.
• To receive a call: When a call comes in, tap the green answer icon on the watch screen.
• The watch automatically rejects calls from unknown numbers for your child's safety.

4.3 GPS Tracking and Safety Zones

Monitor your child's location in real-time and set up virtual boundaries.

• Real-time Tracking: Open the JuniCare app on your smartphone to view your child's current location on a map.
• Historical Route: The app allows you to view past locations and routes taken by the watch.
• Safety Fence (Geo-fence): Within the JuniCare app, define safe areas. You will receive alerts if your child enters or exits these pre-defined zones.

4.4 SOS Emergency Call

In case of an emergency, the SOS button provides quick assistance.

• To activate: Press and hold the SOS button (located on the side) for more than 5 seconds.
• The watch will automatically dial up to 3 pre-set emergency contacts in a loop until one answers.
• Simultaneously, it will send an alert message to the guardians via the JuniCare app.

4.5 Camera and Photos

• Navigate to the "Camera" icon on the watch screen.
• Tap to take a photo. Photos can be viewed in the "Photos" gallery on the watch.
• Parents can also take remote photos via the JuniCare app.

4.6 Puzzle Games

The watch includes 5 pre-installed puzzle games for entertainment.

• Access games via the "Games" icon on the watch interface.
• Parents can set "Class Mode" via the JuniCare app to disable games during school hours.

4.7 Alarm Clock and Pedometer

• Alarm Clock: Set alarms directly on the watch or through the JuniCare app to help children develop healthy habits.
• Pedometer: The watch tracks daily steps, calories, and distance. View this data on the watch or in the JuniCare app.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging the Battery

• Use the provided magnetic charging cable.
• Align the magnetic pins of the charger with the charging points on the back of the watch. The charger will snap into place.
• Connect the USB end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
• A charging indicator will appear on the watch screen.

5.2 Waterproofing

The Tixpc Smart Watch is IP68 certified waterproof, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. While it can handle splashes and brief immersion, it is not recommended for swimming or prolonged water activities.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Network Signal After SIM Card Insertion

• Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and the watch has been restarted.
• Check if the SIM card is active and has a data plan.
• Navigate to the watch's settings and find the APN (Access Point Name) option. Configure the APN settings manually according to your T-Mobile Nano SIM card provider's specifications.
• If the issue persists, contact your SIM card provider or Tixpc customer support for further assistance.
