- Insert the provided 128GB microSD card into the dash cam.
- Remove any protective films from the camera lenses and the display screen.
2. Mounting the Dash Cam

- Attach the main dash cam unit to the electrostatic film using the provided sticky tape. Ensure it is positioned to provide a clear view of the road without obstructing your driving vision.
- Connect the USB-C power cable to the dash cam.
- Route the power cable along the edge of the roof and down the A-pillar, tucking it neatly using the wire trim tool. Hide the cable to the foot of the passenger seat, underneath the footrest, and plug it into the car charger.

3. Installing the Rear Camera
- Apply an electrostatic film to the desired mounting area on the rear windshield.
- Attach the rear camera to the electrostatic film using the provided sticky tape.
- Connect the rear camera extension cable to the rear camera.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- The dash cam automatically powers on and begins recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on.
- It powers off automatically when the ignition is turned off.
2. Basic Recording Functions
- Loop Recording: The dash cam employs seamless loop recording, automatically overwriting the oldest non-event footage to ensure continuous recording. The pre-installed 128GB memory card provides ample storage.
- G-Sensor: The built-in G-Sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions. Upon detection, it locks the current video footage (5 seconds before and 15 seconds after the event) to prevent it from being overwritten, serving as crucial evidence.
- Super WDR Night Vision: Featuring advanced WDR technology, a wide F1.55 aperture, and 4 infrared lights, the dash cam captures sharp, detailed footage in low-light or complete darkness across all 4 channels.

3. Parking Mode (24/7 Monitoring)
To enable 24/7 parking mode, an optional hardwiring kit (ASIN: B0F8HJPVZP) is required. When parked and connected via the hardwiring kit, the dash cam offers two smart functions:
- Collision Detection: Triggers recording and locks footage upon impact.
- Time-Lapse Recording: Captures one frame per second, providing continuous surveillance while saving storage space.

4. Smart Voice Control
Operate the dash cam hands-free using 13 voice commands for safer driving. Examples include:
- "Turn off recording"
- "Lock the video"
- "Show all camera"
- "Show front camera"
- "Open recording"
- "Turn on Wi-Fi"
- "Show rear camera"
- "Show left camera"

5. 5.8GHz WiFi & APP Control
Connect your smartphone to the dash cam via 5.8GHz/2.4GHz dual-band Wi-Fi for fast and stable access to live view, playback, and settings through the dedicated app.

6. Built-in GPS Logger
The integrated GPS tracker accurately records your driving route, location, and speed, embedding this data directly onto the video footage for reliable evidence.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
- SD Card Management: It is recommended to format the microSD card periodically (e.g., once a month) to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption. This can usually be done through the dash cam's settings menu.
- Firmware Updates: Check the VIRROW official website for any available firmware updates to ensure your dash cam has the latest features and bug fixes.
- Temperature: The dash cam is designed to operate in a wide temperature range (-4°F to 158°F) thanks to its supercapacitor. However, avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures when possible.
Troubleshooting
- Dash Cam Not Powering On:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dash cam and the car's power source.
- Verify that the car's cigarette lighter socket is functioning.
- If using a hardwiring kit, check its connection and the vehicle's fuse box.
- Recording Issues (e.g., "SD Card Error"):
- Format the microSD card through the dash cam's settings menu.
- Ensure the microSD card is properly inserted.
- If the issue persists, try using a different high-quality microSD card.
- Poor Video Quality:
- Clean the camera lenses.
- Ensure the protective films have been removed from all lenses.
