1. Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your GNCC Indoor Security Camera.

1.1 What's in the Box

1.2 Powering On the Camera

  1. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the camera.
  2. Connect the USB-A end of the charging cable to the USB power adapter.
  3. Plug the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  4. The camera's indicator light will illuminate, indicating it is powered on.

1.3 App Installation and Pairing

  1. Download the "OSAIO" app from your smartphone's app store (available on Google Play and Apple App Store).
  2. Register for an account or log in if you already have one.
  3. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  4. In the OSAIO app, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
  5. Select the "GP5" model from the list of available devices.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the camera. This may involve scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera's lens.
  7. Once successfully paired, you can name your camera and begin using it.

1.4 Mounting the Camera

The camera can be placed on a flat surface or mounted to a wall or ceiling.

  1. Tabletop Placement: Simply place the camera on a stable, flat surface within Wi-Fi range.
  2. Wall/Ceiling Mount: Use the included mounting bracket, screws, and anchors to secure the bracket to your desired location. Then, attach the camera to the bracket by twisting it into place.

2. Operating Your Camera

2.1 Live View and Pan/Tilt Control

  • Open the OSAIO app and select your camera to access the live view.
  • Use the on-screen joystick or swipe gestures to control the camera's 355° horizontal pan and 90° vertical tilt.
  • The 2K FHD resolution provides clear video quality.

2.2 Two-Way Audio

  • Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's built-in speaker.
