3. Step 3: Attach Wooden Rocker Bases

   Attach the wooden rocker bases to the bottom of the metal frame legs. Ensure the cotton pads on the rockers face downwards to protect your floor. Secure with the remaining bolts and washers, hand-tightening them.

4. Step 4: Fully Tighten All Bolts
