Operating Instructions
Before juicing, ensure your fruits and vegetables are washed and cut into appropriate sizes. The 3.6-inch wide chute can accommodate larger pieces, reducing prep time.

Juicing Modes:
The juicer features two distinct masticating modes for optimal juice extraction:
- Soft Mode: Ideal for softer fruits and vegetables such as oranges, blueberries, watermelon, tomatoes, kiwi, and strawberries.
- Hard Mode: Suitable for harder produce like celery, carrots, apples, ginger, pineapple, and beets.
Select the appropriate mode using the buttons on the motor base before feeding ingredients.

Juicing Process:
- Plug in the juicer and press the 'Power' button.
- Select either 'Soft' or 'Hard' mode based on your ingredients.
- Gradually feed the prepared fruits or vegetables into the feed chute. Use the pusher to gently guide ingredients if necessary. Do not force ingredients into the chute.
- The juicer will extract juice into the juice cup and separate pulp into the pulp container.
- After juicing, press the 'Power' button to turn off the appliance and unplug it.
The upgraded auger technology ensures a high juice yield, separating juice from pulp effectively.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your juicer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Juicer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; parts not assembled correctly. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into an outlet. Check that all juicer components are correctly assembled and locked into place. |
| Excessive vibration or noise. | Improper assembly; hard ingredients. | Disassemble and reassemble all parts, ensuring they are securely locked. If juicing hard ingredients, ensure they are cut into smaller pieces and use 'Hard' mode. |
| Pulp is wet. | Incorrect mode selected; ingredients fed too quickly. | Ensure the correct mode ('Soft' or 'Hard') is selected for the type of produce. Feed ingredients slowly and allow the juicer to process them thoroughly. |
| Juice leaks from the base. | Parts not properly sealed. | Check that the juicing chamber and end cap are securely attached and sealed. Ensure the silicone seals are correctly positioned. |
