3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your McLaren Electric Go Kart. It is recommended to have two adults for certain steps.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Keep all packaging materials until assembly is complete.
- Front Axle Assembly: Attach the front axle to the main body using the provided bolts and tools. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Rear Wheel Installation: Slide the rear wheels onto the axle. Secure them with the washers and nuts, then attach the decorative wheel covers.
- Front Wheel Installation: Slide the front wheels onto their respective axles. Secure them with the washers and nuts, then attach the decorative wheel covers.
- Steering Wheel Attachment: Connect the steering wheel to the steering column. Ensure it clicks into place and is firmly attached. Secure with the provided screw.
- Rear Spoiler Installation: Attach the rear spoiler to the back of the go-kart body using the provided screws.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Controls Overview
- Power Switch: Located near the seat, turns the go-kart on/off.
- Speed Selector: Allows switching between two speed modes (5.6 mph and 7.5 mph).
- Forward/Reverse Switch: Selects driving direction.
- Accelerator Pedal: Press to move forward.
- Brake Pedal: Press to stop. The electronic braking system provides responsive stopping.
- Steering Wheel: Controls direction.
- Light Switch: Activates the underglow and tail lights.
