6. Troubleshooting

6.1 General Issues

  • No Display / Blurry Image:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the glasses and your device.
    • Adjust the diopter dials on the glasses until the image is clear.
    • Verify your device's compatibility with the VITURE Luma glasses.
    • Check your device's display settings to ensure it is outputting to the glasses correctly.
  • Aspect Ratio Issues:
    • Some devices may not natively support the 1200p resolution, leading to stretched or incorrect aspect ratios. Adjust your device's display resolution settings if possible.
  • Screen Goes Blank (SpaceWalker for Windows):
    • If the screen goes blank after recognition with SpaceWalker for Windows, try restarting the application or your PC. Ensure graphics drivers are up to date.
  • Cannot Exit Sleep Mode:
    • If the glasses do not exit sleep mode, try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB-C cable.
  • Brightness Too High:
    • Even at the lowest setting, the display might be too bright for some dark environments. Use the electrochromic film feature to darken the lenses, or consider optional lens shades.
  • Smartphone Battery Drain:
    • Connecting the glasses to a smartphone will draw power. For extended use, consider a compatible Y-cable or power adapter that allows simultaneous charging of your phone.
