3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Power Bank

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
3. The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

3.2 Initial Device Compatibility

The Baseus EnerFill FM12 supports a wide range of devices for both wireless and wired charging.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wireless Charging (Qi2 Certified 15W)

1. Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible (e.g., iPhone 12 series or newer).
2. Align the power bank with the back of your MagSafe-compatible device. The strong magnets will automatically snap it into place, ensuring optimal alignment for charging.

4.2 Wired Charging (USB-C PD 22.5W)

1. Connect one end of a USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to your device's charging port.
3. The power bank will automatically begin charging your device at up to 22.5W.

4.3 Charging Multiple Devices

The power bank can charge two devices simultaneously: one wirelessly and one via the USB-C port.

4.4 Pass-Through Charging

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the power bank itself while it simultaneously charges your device.

1. Connect the power bank to a wall charger using a USB-C cable.
2. Connect your device to the power bank (either wirelessly or via USB-C cable).
3. Both the power bank and your device will charge.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Wipe the power bank with a soft, dry cloth.

6. Troubleshooting

• Device not charging wirelessly: Ensure your device is MagSafe compatible and properly aligned with the power bank. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with wireless charging.
• Device not charging via USB-C: Check if the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different USB-C cable or device to rule out cable or device issues.
• Power bank not charging: Ensure the USB-C cable is connected to a working power adapter and outlet. Check the cable for damage.
• Slow charging: Ensure you are using a compatible fast-charging adapter for the power bank. For wireless charging, ensure proper alignment and that your device supports 15W Qi2 charging.
• Overheating: The power bank has intelligent temperature control. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect it from all devices and allow it to cool down. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
