Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Attach Casters to Star Base: Turn the star base upside down. Press the casters firmly into the holes at the end of each base leg. Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the star base, then place the gas lift cover over it.
2. Secure Seat Plate to Seat Cushion: Align the seat plate over the pre-drilled holes underneath the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the seat plate faces the front of the seat cushion. Use four M8*25mm bolts and the provided wrench to tighten all bolts. Be careful not to overtighten or damage the seat.
3. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Turn the seat cushion upright. Align the center hole of the seat plate over the gas lift. Push the seat cushion down onto the gas lift firmly until the connection is secure.
4. Attach Arms to Seat Cushion: Attach the arms to the seat cushion using four M6*25mm bolts and the wrench. Arms are labeled 'L' (left) and 'R' (right). Tighten bolts to 50% at this stage.
5. Attach Back Cushion to Arms: Lay the back cushion on the seat of the chair with the top of the cushion toward the front. Attach the back cushion to the arms by inserting two M6*25mm bolts into the LOWER holes with the wrench.
6. Secure Backrest: Rotate the back of the chair up. Secure it with the TOP two M6*25mm bolts and the wrench. Adjust the balance on each side of the chair, then fully tighten all bolts from steps 4 and 5.
7. Install Control Handles and Caps: Align the control handles of the back adjust over the pre-drilled holes underneath the seat cushion. Attach the handle to the seat cushion using two M6*25mm bolts, tighten all bolts with the wrench, and buckle the thread into the bayonet. Press the plastic caps into the arm holes to cover the bolts.
