4. Setup

4.1. Connecting Your Keyboard

The YUNZII B75 PRO offers multiple connection options:

• Wired Connection: Connect the USB Type-C cable from the keyboard to your computer's USB port. The keyboard will be automatically recognized.
• 2.4GHz Wireless Connection: Insert the 2.4G USB dongle into your computer's USB port. Slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to the '2.4G' position. The keyboard should connect automatically.
• Bluetooth Connection:
  1. Slide the switch on the back of the keyboard to the 'BT' position.
  2. On your device (PC, laptop, tablet, phone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  3. The keyboard will appear as 'YUNZII B75 PRO'. Select it to pair.
  4. To switch between paired Bluetooth devices, press FN + 1/2/3.

4.2. Adjusting Keyboard Height

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Multimedia Knob Functions

• Rotate: Adjusts volume (default) or RGB brightness/speed (when in RGB mode).
• Short Press: Mute/unmute volume (default) or change RGB effect (when in RGB mode).
• Long Press (3 seconds): Switches between Multimedia Mode and RGB Mode.

5.2. RGB Backlight Control

• FN + End: Changes backlight color.
• FN + Insert: Changes backlight effect.
• Knob (in RGB Mode): Rotate to adjust brightness/speed, short press to change effect.

6. Battery Information

• Charging: Connect the keyboard to a power source using the USB Type-C cable. The spacebar will flash green while charging and remain solid green when fully charged.
• Low Battery Indicator: When the battery level is below 15%, the spacebar will flash red slowly.
• Checking Battery Level: In wireless mode, press FN + Ctrl to display the current battery level via the number row LEDs.

7.1. Cleaning

• For deeper cleaning, use the provided keycap puller to remove keycaps and clean underneath with compressed air or a small brush.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

7.2. Switch and Keycap Replacement

The hot-swappable design allows for easy replacement of switches and keycaps:

• Use the keycap puller to gently remove keycaps by hooking onto two sides and pulling upwards.
• Use the switch puller to remove switches by aligning the prongs with the clips on the top and bottom of the switch and gently squeezing while pulling upwards.
• To install new switches, align the pins with the holes on the PCB and press down firmly until the switch clicks into place. Ensure pins are not bent.
• To install new keycaps, align them with the switch stem and press down gently.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your YUNZII B75 PRO keyboard, refer to the following common solutions:

• Q1: Why is the keyboard's spacebar flashing red?
  A: When the battery is lower than 15%, the spacebar will flash red slowly. When charging, the spacebar will stay green. After charging is complete, the spacebar will restore to its normal RGB mode.
• Q2: The keyboard is not working or not charging.
  A: Please download the latest firmware from the YUNZII website and update it. Ensure the software is not running in the background during the update. Try updating in wired mode.
• Q3: The Windows key is not working.
  A: Please try pressing FN + WIN to unlock the Windows key. This should resolve the issue.
• Q4: Connectivity issues (Bluetooth/2.4G).
  A: Ensure the keyboard is in the correct mode (BT or 2.4G). For Bluetooth, try re-pairing the device. For 2.4G, ensure the dongle is securely inserted and try a different USB port. Ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged.
