Attention

  1. If the 2.4G dongle is plugged in but the device cannot recognize or use it, it may be due to poor contact.
  2. If the keyboard backlight dims or the product functions abnormally, it indicates insufficient battery power. Charge the keyboard promptly. Connect the keyboard to a PC using the included Type-C cable for charging. Charging time may vary slightly depending on the power source.
  3. If the keyboard becomes unresponsive or malfunctions, besides low battery, it might be due to co-channel signal interference. In such cases, connect the device via Type-C cable in wired mode and then switch back to Bluetooth/2.4G channel.
  4. YUNZII wireless products use built-in lithium batteries. The B75 PRO keyboard uses a 4000mAh lithium battery. For user safety, use the product indoors at room temperature only. Avoid high temperatures and proximity to fire sources.
  5. Do not use plugs, power strips, or power banks to charge the product. Only connect the keyboard to a computer for charging.
  6. If the product is damaged beyond repair, do not disassemble it or dispose of it in fire. Send it to a professional recycling station or designated recycling bin to avoid accidental risks.
  7. For any product or usage questions, please contact the YUNZII after-sales support team.
