4. Setup and Charging
4.1 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge both the headphones and their respective charging cases. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. For wireless charging, place the case on a compatible wireless charging pad.

4.2 Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the headphones are charged.
- Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
- Search for available devices. Select "QCY Crossky C30S" or "QCY Crossky R70" from the list.
- Once connected, the indicator lights on the headphones will turn off or show a steady light, and your device will confirm the connection.
Note: If pairing fails, place the headphones back into the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, and then repeat the steps.
4.3 Wearing the Headphones
For optimal sound and comfort, ensure the headphones are properly seated in your ears. The Crossky R70 model features an adjustable earhook for a secure fit during active use. Gently adjust the earhook to contour to your ear.
5. Operating Your Headphones
The QCY Crossky headphones feature touch controls for easy operation.
5.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, and the headphones will automatically power on.
- Power Off: Place the headphones back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
5.2 Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Tap the touch area on either earbud once.
- Next Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Triple-tap the touch area on the left earbud.

- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch area on either earbud for 2 seconds.

- Activate Voice Assistant: Double-tap the touch area on the left earbud.
5.5 Low Latency Gaming Mode
- Activate/Deactivate Gaming Mode: Double-tap the touch area on the right earbud. This mode reduces audio latency to 60ms for a more synchronized gaming and video experience.
