Setup Instructions
Assembly is designed to be tool-free and typically takes about 10 minutes with two people. It is recommended that two people work together for easier assembly.
Step 1: Attach Leveling Feet or Wheels
Decide whether you want to use the leveling feet for stationary use or the wheels for mobility. Screw the chosen components into the bottom of the lower poles (Part C). If using wheels, ensure the two wheels with brakes are installed on the same side for easier locking.
Step 2: Assemble Poles
Connect the Upper Poles (Part B) to the Lower Poles (Part C) by screwing them together. Ensure they are tightly secured to form four complete vertical poles.
Step 3: Install Plastic Clips
Snap two plastic clips (Part D) around each pole at the desired height for the bottom shelf. Ensure the arrow on each clip points upwards and that the clips on all four poles are at the same height to ensure a level shelf. The grooves on the poles indicate adjustable height increments.

Step 4: Place the First Shelf
Slide a Shelf Panel (Part A) down over the poles until it rests firmly on the plastic clips. Gently press down on the shelf corners to ensure it is securely seated over the clips.
Step 5: Install Remaining Shelves
Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 for the remaining three shelves, adjusting the height of the plastic clips as desired for each shelf. Ensure all clips are at the same level for each shelf before placing the shelf panel.

Step 6: Secure with Wall-Fixing Kit (Optional but Recommended)
For enhanced stability, especially with heavy loads or in active environments, use the provided wall-fixing kit to anchor the shelving unit to a wall. Follow the instructions included with the wall-fixing kit for proper installation.
Operating Instructions
Adjusting Shelf Height
To adjust the height of a shelf, first remove all items from that shelf. Lift the shelf panel off the plastic clips. Remove the plastic clips from the poles, reposition them to the desired height, ensuring they are level on all four poles, and then place the shelf panel back onto the clips.
Moving the Shelving Unit (with Wheels)
If your unit is equipped with wheels, ensure all items are securely placed on the shelves before moving. Unlock the brakes on the two braked wheels. Carefully push the unit to its new location. Once in position, engage the brakes on the wheels to prevent unintended movement.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the shelves and poles with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the anti-rust powder coating.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and fasteners to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Rust Prevention: The unit features an anti-rust powder coating. While durable, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or corrosive substances to maintain its finish.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Shelf is wobbly or unstable | Plastic clips not properly seated or not at the same height; uneven floor; overloaded shelf. | Ensure all plastic clips are securely snapped into the pole grooves and are level. Adjust leveling feet for uneven floors. Redistribute weight or reduce load. |
| Difficulty assembling shelves | Clips not aligned correctly; poles not fully screwed together. | Verify arrows on clips point up and clips are fully closed around the poles. Ensure upper and lower poles are tightly connected. |
| Wheels not rolling smoothly | Brakes engaged; debris in wheels; wheels not fully tightened. | Disengage wheel brakes. Clean any debris from wheels. Ensure wheels are securely screwed into the poles. |
