Setup

Initial Charge:

Before first use, fully charge your Anker Zolo Power Bank. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.

  1. Connect the built-in USB-C cable or a separate USB-C cable to the power bank's input port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included). A 20W or higher output charger is recommended for faster charging.
  3. The digital display will show the charging progress. The power bank is fully charged when the display shows 100%.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices:

The Anker Zolo Power Bank can charge various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered gadgets.

  1. Using the Built-in USB-C Cable: Extend the integrated USB-C cable and plug it directly into your USB-C compatible device.
  2. Using the USB-A Port: Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port on the power bank.
  3. Using the USB-C Output Port: Connect your device's charging cable to the dedicated USB-C output port on the power bank.

Charging will begin automatically. The digital display will show the remaining battery percentage of the power bank.

Note: When charging multiple devices simultaneously, the total output is limited to a maximum of 15W.

Pass-Through Charging:

The power bank supports pass-through charging, allowing you to charge the power bank itself while it simultaneously charges your connected devices.

  1. Connect the power bank to a wall charger for input.
  2. Connect your device(s) to the power bank's output ports.

The power bank will prioritize charging the connected device(s) first, then recharge its internal battery.

  • Avoid High Temperatures: Do not use or store the product in areas with high temperatures for extended periods, such as outdoors in direct scorching sun, near windows with direct sunlight, or inside a hot car during summer. High temperatures can cause the lithium-ion battery to expand, rupture, or ignite.
  • Normal Heating: It is normal for the power bank to become warm during charging. The product is equipped with protection functions that will temporarily stop charging if the temperature rises excessively, then resume once the temperature returns to a stable state.
  • Physical Damage: Avoid dropping, impacting, or subjecting the power bank to strong vibrations.
  • Water Exposure: Do not expose the power bank to water or other liquids.
  • Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the power bank yourself.
  • Proper Disposal: Dispose of the product according to local regulations. Do not dispose of it in household waste.

When to Stop Using:

Immediately discontinue use if you observe any of the following conditions:

  • The power bank appears swollen.
  • There is damage or deformation to the casing.
  • There is damage inside the ports, such as bent or broken pins.

Maintenance
