Setup

1. Charging the Earphones and Case

Before first use, ensure both the earphones and the charging case are fully charged.

1. Place the earphones into their respective slots in the charging case.
2. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided USB cable.
3. The LED display on the charging case will indicate the charging status. A full charge is indicated when the display shows 100%.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode when taken out of the charging case.

1. Ensure the earphones are charged.
2. Open the charging case and remove both earphones. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair with each other.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), go to the Bluetooth settings.
4. Turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
5. Select "S20 TWS" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
6. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earphones will be ready for use.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, clean your earphones regularly.

Storage

Water Resistance

The S20 TWS earphones are designed to be waterproof, protecting them from splashes and sweat. However, they are not intended for submersion in water. Avoid using them while swimming or showering. If the earphones get wet, wipe them dry thoroughly before placing them back in the charging case to prevent damage to the charging contacts.

Troubleshooting

• Earphones not turning on:
  • Ensure the earphones and charging case are fully charged.
  • Place earphones back in the case, close it, then open and remove them again.
• Earphones not pairing with device:
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode.
  • Forget "S20 TWS" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Move the earphones closer to your device.
  • Restart both your device and the earphones.
• Only one earbud working:
  • Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait 5 seconds, then open and remove them simultaneously. This often re-syncs them.
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
• Poor sound quality or disconnections:
  • Ensure there are no obstructions between the earphones and your device.
  • Move away from strong Wi-Fi signals or other Bluetooth devices that might cause interference.
  • Check the ear tips for debris and clean them if necessary.
