1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Fueling the Heater

1. Ensure the heater is turned off and cool before fueling.
2. Unscrew the fuel tank cap located on the top of the unit.

4.3 Exhaust and Intake Setup

1. Connect the flexible metal exhaust pipe to the exhaust port on the side of the heater. Secure it with a clamp.
2. Attach the muffler to the end of the exhaust pipe. Ensure the small drain hole on the muffler faces downwards to allow condensation to escape.
3. Direct the exhaust fumes safely outside and away from any air intakes or living spaces.
4. Connect the air intake pipe with the filter to the intake port on the heater. Secure it with a clamp.
5. Ensure the air intake is clear of obstructions and draws in clean air.

4.4 Heater Placement

• Place the heater on a stable, level, and non-flammable surface.
• Maintain adequate clearance around the heater (at least 12 inches on all sides) to ensure proper airflow and prevent fire hazards.
• Ensure the hot air outlet duct is directed towards the area to be heated and is not obstructed.

5.1 Starting the Heater

1. Ensure the heater is properly fueled and connected to a power source.
2. Press the power button on the control panel or the remote control to turn on the unit.
3. The LCD display will illuminate, showing current settings and room temperature.
